Delivery within Hungary

Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs:
For deliveries within Hungary, you have the following options:

  1. Personal pickup, which is free of charge (at the MUMU Workshop Museum in Budapest during opening hours: 1024 Budapest, Keleti Károly utca 42/a).
  2. Home delivery, with a fixed shipping fee of 1,890 HUF.

Shipping outside the EU

We currently only ship within the EU.

If you would like to receive an OJI package to a country outside the EU, please write to studio@ojihomestudio.com

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of custom-made or personalized products.
